60 Cottages Proposed for Sally Port View in Three Mile Bay

THREE MILE BAY — With the hopes of making it a regional hospitality landmark, the owner of the Sally Port View has proposed an additional 60 “boutique cottages” at the 57-acre events center that he opened last year off Route 12E.

The new buildings will match five 160-square-foot existing cottages that Lyme Planning Board Chairman Reginald Schweitzer Jr. described as essentially 60 “hotel rooms” that are “individual structures.”
